In compliance with the Spanish Personal Data Protection Law (Ley Orgánica 15/1999 de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal) dated 13 December (hereafter LOPD), any personal information provided by clients, users and/or recipients will be stored in a specific file which is the responsibility of Sukiyomi Works, S.L. (THE CAPSULE COMPANY). This file is duly recorded in the relevant register (Registro General de Protección de Datos) and it will be used by Sukiyomi Works, S.L. (THE CAPSULE COMPANY) to service the contractual and pre-contractual relationship with the client and to provide details of their services and publications.

Unless otherwise stated, all the information provided by the client through the various registration forms on the website must be true, complete, accurate and up to date. In the event that it is not, Sukiyomi Works, S.L. (THE CAPSULE COMPANY) can, depending on the case, refuse to register the user or refuse to provide the service requested.

Users are also informed that information of an anonymous nature concerning pages visited, time spent on the website and files downloaded may be gathered and recorded. This will be used either for statistical purposes, to improve the services provided and/or to carry out administrative tasks. Although no further information concerning browsing will be gathered, the relevant cookies needed to run an active user session and to allow access to restricted content will be installed on the specific user’s machine.

In compliance with articles 15 and thereafter of the LOPD and articles 23 and thereafter of the Royal Decree 1720/2007 dated 21 December, in which the Regulations for the implementation of the LOPD are approved, the user may exercise the right to access, rectify or delete any data stored. Notification must be given in writing to Sukiyomi Works, S.L. (THE CAPSULE COMPANY), P.O. Box 100, 28270 Colmenarejo, Madrid, Spain. The request must contain the full name of the person in question, details of the nature of the request (with supporting documentation where applicable), an address for further correspondence and a photocopy of their official identification document (for example passport or identity card). Where the request is being made on behalf of someone else, proof of authorisation and proof of identity of the applicant should also be provided. Where an electronic signature is provided, photocopies of official identification documents will not be required. Where the request does not meet the conditions indicated above, the applicant will need to supplement the request accordingly. Access to the data will only be denied when the request is made within 12 months and the right to request the change is not proven. Access to the data will also be denied where the applicant is not the person in question. Access to the data is not subject to any charge or fee.

Requests to delete or cancel identification data will not be honoured while a business relationship still exists with Sukiyomi Works, S.L. (THE CAPSULE COMPANY). However, users may opt to not receive information of a sales or marketing nature and can inform the company accordingly by sending an email to

In compliance with article 49 of the Royal Decree1720/2007, clients and users that have opted not to receive marketing or sales information from Sukiyomi Works, S.L. (THE CAPSULE COMPANY) are hereby informed of the existence of a shared full exclusion file known as the “Servicio Listas Robinson” which is maintained by “LaFederación de Comercio Electrónico y Marketing Directo”, and they may request to be duly excluded from this list so as not to receive mail shots.

In compliance with article 12 of the Royal Decree 1720/2007, dated 21 December, in which the Regulations for the implementation of the LOPD are approved, we hereby inform clients, users and/or recipients that by accepting this clause they are allowing their personal information to be used by any other company that forms part of THE CAPSULE COMPANY to send them marketing or sales information on products and services offered by THE CAPSULE COMPANY.

In compliance with the law 34/2002, dated 11 July, concerning Information Management Companies and E-commerce, Sukiyomi Works, S.L. also advises that by accepting this clause, clients are giving their permission to receive sales and marketing information on products and services offered by THE CAPSULE COMPANY via email or similar means. Taking into account the technology involved, the nature of the data stored and the risks involved – whether they be as a result of human actions or of a physical or natural nature - “THE CAPSULE COMPANY” has taken the necessary technical and administrative steps to guarantee the security of all personal data and thus safeguard against unlawful access, its deletion, modification or loss.

Should Sukiyomi Works, S.L. (THE CAPSULE COMPANY) provide any specific service for which the treatment and protection of personal data be different to that covered here, where any doubt arises, the specific requirements of that specific service will prevail.
